Meals On Wheels

The 21st Anniversary Tournament of the Cherokee County Meals on Wheels Golf Classic has been set for Friday, May 16, at Cherokee National Golf Club, with a morning round and afternoon round being played.

            The cost is $65 per person or $260 per team which includes one mulligan and one red tee per player.

There will be a light breakfast served at 8 a.m. sponsored by Starbucks, Lutheran Men and IFH. The morning round will tee off at 8:30 and a lunch buffet for all participants will be held from 12 to 1:30 sponsored by Fatz and Holly Grove Catering.

The afternoon round will tee off at 1:30 and the evening awards will be followed by the evening meal sponsored by Lisa's Hawg & Dawg.

Prizes will be given for longest drives and putts, closest to the pin and a gift to each golfer. Contact MOW to sign up at 487-2730.
